Dhalbin-baa cultural health program

Dhalbin-baa means ‘medicine time and place’ in Gamilaraay/Yuwaalaraay language. The Dhalbin-baa cultural health program has been designed by Mob for Mob and is focused on strengthening connection to Country and culture for better health and wellbeing. If you are Mob (18+) and live in the Tamworth area, Gamilaraay Country please get in touch so we can register you.

It is an 8 week program running once a week at Coledale Community Centre Tamworth NSW. We will be learning Gamilaraay language, and there will be traditional medicine and food workshops, yarning circles, women’s and men’s activities. The final week will include a cultural camp out on Yuwaalaraay Country. There will be two program intakes - please contact us for more information.
